During your business activities on Consults Center it may happen that some customers ask for a Refund. The most simple reason for such a request could be you mutually agree on cancelling a meeting. When a customer initiates a Refund request, you will receive an email as well as a notification at your Dashboard page.

Via Refund menu item, you can see all the requests and select an action to take. It is possible to partially or fully refund the customer payments. Any action you take will be logged and stay in the system too.
